Sweet Dreams is a floral, sweet, warm blend of Bergamot, Patchouli and Vetiver essential oils, to support your hectic lifestyle, soothe everyday stresses and strains, aid relaxation and create a sense of peace and tranquillity for a peaceful nights sleep. 

Bergamot 

The Bergamot tree is a native of Southern Italy and produces small inedible fruits. The fruits ripen from Green to Yellow. Bergamot is used in most skin care products and perfumes for its ability to improve your overall wellbeing with its sweet, fresh, therapeutic effects. Bergamot pure essential oil is refreshing and uplifting with it is fresh, floral, warm and balsamic aroma, which is a popular for improving feelings of tension, stress, and depression.

How could we forget the Patchouli

Long used in traditional Asian medicine, especially in Malaysia, China and Japan, the health benefits of the patchouli oil are abundant. Originating from an Indian plant of the mint family, this herb bears small, pale pink-white flowers and is said to particularly aid with skin conditions, such as dermatitis, eczema, acne and dry chapped skin. It also has wound healing and scar reducing properties, as well as aphrodisiac effects.

Vetiver

A sweet and strong herbal scent with smoky and earthy undertones, grounding, calming and stabilising, beautiful when blended with floral oils Vetivert Essential Oil Vetivert is a wild grass and the best Vetivert is grown in Java, where it thrives naturally.

Usage

Unscrew and remove seal from the top of the bottle. Screw the cap back onto the bottle after use. Wash your hands after handling. Diffusers: Add 2-3 drops of your chosen oil to your diffuser ensuring it is mixed with cold tap water.  For Burners: Place a 1-2 drops of oil into the burner and top up with warm water following manufactures instructions. Store at room temperature in a cool dry place. Do not store in direct sunlight.
