Blended aromatherapy oils do not have to be just used in massages, you can use them in the bath, apply them to your skin on a daily basis after a warm shower or apply them to the affected area to increase your wellbeing. A good way of using essential oils is to vaporise them. The water and the essential oils evaporate as steam, allowing the aroma from the oil to fill the room. By adding a few drops of oil to your burner or diffuser or in hot water is brilliant for the respiratory system, to ease nasal and chest congestion or to cleanse the air environment around you, allowing you to de-stress, relax and un-wind.

We now offer 40 essential oils ranges which you can blend with a base or carrier oils like sweet almond, grapeseed, jojoba, avocado and others, unless it is for your bath, when you can simply add a few drops in your bath water.
