Lemon is said to have purifying and uplifting effects on the mind and body. It is also thought to help combat negative emotions.
Lime Essential oil
A small evergreen tree with drooping branches and oval leaves, much like the lemon tree, but the fruits and tree tend to be much more green. The flowers are white. The lime is grown in many places in the world, originally from Asia, you will not find it cultivated in Italy, West Indies and the Americas.
Grapefruit Essential oil
Grapefruit pure essential oil 'cleanse and tone' is uplifting, and energising. It relieves nervous and emotional exhaustion and boost confidence. Grapefruit pure essential oil is uplifting, reviving, energising, refreshing and it is the perfect oil to instil you with confidence as the properties are not go boost circulation and revive your body and mind.
Usage
Unscrew and remove seal from the top of the bottle. Screw the cap back onto the bottle after use. Wash your hands after handling. Diffusers: Add 2-3 drops of your chosen oil to your diffuser ensuring it is mixed with cold tap water. For Burners: Place a 1-2 drops of oil into the burner and top up with warm water following manufactures instructions. Store at room temperature in a cool dry place. Do not store in direct sunlight.
