Sound Sleep mist is a relaxing blend of Blue Chamomile, Cedarwood and hints of Sweet Orange essential oils. This blend will help to release everyday stresses and strains and promote a good night’s sleep.
The Big Soother
Blue Chamomile is steam distilled from the small white flowers of the Matricaria chamomilla plant. Blue Chamomile is calming to the mind and is known to help with relaxation, patience, peace and alleviating worries.
Cedarwood trees are supposed to symbolise a source of protection, wisdom and abundance. The cedarwood oil is extracted through steam distillation from wood pieces of the cedar wood tree, and the oil is known as ‘peace, harmony and tranquillity’ brings the mind back into balance, clearing away tension and anxiety with its sweet, warm soothing woody undertones.
Sweet orange calms the nerves and injects instant cheer into the mind and body to soothe tension, anxiety create a sense of harmony.
Room mist: Simply spray in the air but please avoid polished or painted surfaces and do not spray directly at or in the vicinity of people or animals. Electric Diffusers: Add 10ml of Sound Sleep Mist to 50ml of water and place in your diffuser as per the manufactures instructions.
Aqua (Water) with a soothing blend of Matricaria recutica (Blue Chamomile) flower oil, Cedrus atlantica (Cedarwood, and Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange) peel oil. These Essential oils naturally contain: Citral, Citronellol Eugenol, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool that may produce an allergic reaction.

Store at room temperature in a cool dry place and do not store in direct sunlight or expose to sources of heat. Keep away from children and animals, for external use only, do not apply to the skin and do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show the container label. If the product comes into contact with the skin wash immediately with plenty of soap and water. For contact with eyes rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice. If pregnant seek advice before use.
